Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales workflows and quoting processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and supporting long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations, active listening, and concise written follow-up.
  • Experience selling SaaS, CPQ, CRM, or similar B2B technology solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment in Orlando, FL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective and existing customers to understand their quoting and sales workflow needs and demonstrate how QuoteWerks solutions can address those challenges.
  • Conduct product demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing and partner channels.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Support high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to revenue growth.
