About The Position

Cogir Senior Living is seeking driven sales leaders with a passion for exceeding targets and making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their loved ones. The ideal candidate will embody courage, empathy, tenacity, curiosity, and patience to guide prospects through their retirement living journey. This role involves building relationships, managing the sales cycle, prospecting, community outreach, networking with local businesses for referral partnerships, touring prospects, advancing them through the sales process, and participating in/hosting events. A comprehensive understanding of senior living options (Independent Living, Independent Supportive Living, Memory Care, and Assisted Living) and the local market is crucial. Responsibilities include managing the sales process to surpass occupancy and revenue targets, requiring strong business acumen, forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development skills.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience and proven success in direct sales
  • Customer and relationship building focused sales experience
  • Experience in the development and execution of strategic sales action plans
  • Experience and ability in common business applications, including a CRM system
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the local community
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required)
  • Ability to connect with people
  • Empathetic communication style

Responsibilities
