About The Position

Join the Steinhafels Team as a Professional Sales Associate! Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about using their creativity to help customers create their dream homes. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available at our retail store location. This is a full commission sales position with no cap on income potential. During your first 4 pay periods of training, you’ll receive an additional $15/hour bonus on top of your commissions. Our sales associates also have quarterly and annual bonus opportunities! Requirements

• Must be comfortable using and training on computers
• Must be available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends

• Work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture, arranging financing and setting up final delivery.
