About The Position
Bob Johnson Auto Group has openings for hard working, motivated individuals to fill positions at our Watertown location. We provide industry lead training and build to support the best quality workforce while providing a team-oriented work environment. If you have previously avoided auto sales due to the stereotypical high-pressure sales approach but enjoy meeting and helping people, our negotiation-free sales approach may suit you very well. This is a full-time position. Requirements
- Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision
- Valid New York State driver’s license
- Team Player with positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Delivering customer paperwork and keeping up CSI
- Obtain all customer and vehicle information including payoff
- Greeting customers in a friendly and timely fashion
- Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and miscellaneous banks
- Handling telephone inquiries regarding reservations and work in process
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- Other duties as requested by management
