Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours, including some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Engage showroom, phone, and internet sales leads
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly via CRM, phone, text, and email
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Build value in new and pre-owned Subaru inventory
  • Maintain strong follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business
  • Utilize CRM software to track prospects, activities, and pipeline
  • Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to finalize transactions
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Subaru products, trim levels, warranties, and technology
  • Deliver a transparent, customer-focused buying experience from start to finish
