About The Position
Ali Guler Furniture is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant for their Houston showroom. This role involves selling high-end luxury handcrafted furniture, with pieces ranging from $6,000 to $10,000+. The position offers a solid base pay plus uncapped commission, with flexible hours. Sales will be conducted in the showroom, over the phone, and via FaceTime/video. The consultant will be responsible for building a client base, following up to close sales, maintaining showroom appearance, and assisting with light office and administrative tasks during slower periods. The company emphasizes a home-grown culture and a winning team environment.
Requirements
- A polished, professional, well-groomed appearance
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong communication skills over the phone and video, as well as in person
- Computer-literate, comfortable with email and a CRM/order system
- Team player willing to help wherever the business needs it
- Weekend availability

Responsibilities
