About The Position

Join the Steinhafels Team as a Professional Sales Associate! Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about using their creativity to help customers create their dream homes. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available at our retail store location. This is a full commission sales position with no cap on income potential. During your first 4 pay periods of training, you’ll receive an additional $15/hour bonus on top of your commissions. Our sales associates also have quarterly and annual bonus opportunities! We offer paid training and provide all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll work with top-quality products and an excellent service and delivery team. Requirements

• Comfortable using and training on computers
• Available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends

• Work with customers to guide them in selecting furniture, arranging financing and setting up final delivery.
