Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to keep up with customer demand. Previous automotive sales preferred. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Requirements

  • One year of SALES experience in ANY industry (Required)
  • Have a coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales preferred
  • Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
