NIRVC is a premier full-service RV company that values lasting relationships with its employees, customers, and the community. The company is growing fast and is looking for individuals eager to become long-term valued members of the NIRVC family. Experienced Sales Consultants at NIRVC can earn six figures. The company has 5 facility locations (Dallas, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Atlanta) and offers full-service from sales to RV preparation. NIRVC is expanding and building brand new, state-of-the-art stores, fostering a 'mentoring' atmosphere where everyone helps, promotes, and cares about one another.

Requirements

Knowledge of recreational vehicle operations

Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and a drug screen

Responsibilities

Meets sales goals utilizing RV sales best practices and company guidelines
Willing to learn RV sales and up-sell techniques
Basic knowledge or the ability to quickly learn: Salesforce, Internet Searches and Microsoft Outlook systems
