About The Position

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization seeking a driven Audi Sales Consultant to join their team at Audi of Cary. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of Audi vehicles in the showroom and on the road, and staying up to date on the latest Audi models, technology, and market trends. The consultant will assist customers through every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, working with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize sales. Responsibilities also include accurately completing necessary paperwork, arranging vehicle delivery and registration, attending manufacturer and company training programs, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Must also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages with accuracy.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of Audi vehicles in our showroom and on the road as well.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Audi models, technology, and market trends.
  • Assist customers in every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle.
  • Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer.
  • Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and adhere to brand and Holman standards.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
