Requirements

Valid driver's license is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to develop sales techniques and manage social media marketing.
Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up and customer engagement before and after sales.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.

Experience in retail or sales environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor and assess their needs through thoughtful customer needs analysis
Effectively present features and benefits of new and used vehicles
Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and product details
Work with sales management and finance department to help customer get the ideal vehicle based on their budget
Assist with merchandising and organizing inventory as needed
Complete necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean, operational, and professional manner.
Follow a structured sales process, including prompt responses to internet leads with strong verbal and written communication
Be a reliable, punctual person with excellent attendance and participate in training and department meetings
