We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Consultants who are ready to grow their careers in a fast-paced dealership environment. As a Sales Consultant, you will help guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experience. This role is responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. We are seeking individuals who are driven, outgoing, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply. The ability to communicate in Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, or other languages is considered a major plus and helps us better serve our growing customer base.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, etc.) strongly preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs, wants, and budget
  • Present vehicle features, conduct walkarounds, and perform test drives
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
  • Utilize CRM systems daily to track customer communication and follow-up
  • Maintain product knowledge on Honda vehicles, features, incentives, and financing options
  • Work closely with sales management and finance teams to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
