Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• A positive, self-motivated attitude
• The ability to build trust with customers
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Automotive experience is not required -we'll train the right person
• Pre-employment screenings, including but not limited to your background screening, drug test, and motor vehicle record, are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an outstanding buying experience
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the right Kia vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
• Present purchase and financing options with confidence
• Guide customers through the purchase process from start to finish
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer information using our CRM system
