About The Position

Lexus of Edison is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Consultants to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience and helping drive overall dealership performance. We’re looking for dynamic, results-driven individuals with a proven ability to build relationships and close sales. Excellent earning potential with an aggressive pay plan, demo allowance, commission, and volume bonuses. Excellent working conditions with full benefits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail automotive sales experience
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Willing to quickly learn new products
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Pass pre-employment screening, including drug test, background check, and driver’s license verification
