We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions. Requirements

Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants
Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!

Responsibilities

Leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
Confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
Provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
Reset the showroom floor.
Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
