BDC Representative Ready to Level Up? Step Into Sales! Are you a BDC Rep ready to move into a high-earning sales role? If you excel at building relationships and setting appointments, we'll help you turn that into closed deals and real income. Marty's Chevrolet is looking for motivated individuals ready to transition from BDC into Sales Consultant roles.
Requirements
- BDC, customer service, or sales experience
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma/GED
- U.S. Work Authorization
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Match customers with the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives & present options
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up to build repeat & referral business
