About The Position

Stanton Optical is looking for dynamic, exciting, and results-driven Sales Consultants to join their team. This role involves creating an easy and memorable experience for patients and customers by assisting them through a unique sales process to fulfill their eyewear needs. Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
  • Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Passion for outstanding customer/patient care.

Nice To Haves

  • Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and customers, identify their needs, and ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing information on promotional products and services.
  • Perform pre-testing as needed.
  • Assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
  • Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all customers are satisfied, resolve questions, minimize unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions.
  • Adhere to quality control standards, including OSHA and other safety requirements.
  • Ensure brand standards are met through basic housekeeping duties.
  • Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
  • Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses.
  • Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required.
