Requirements

1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule flexibility.
Passion for outstanding customer/patient care.

Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and customers, identify their needs, and ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing information on promotional products and services.
Perform pre-testing as needed.
Assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
Ensure all customers are satisfied, resolve questions, minimize unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions.
Adhere to quality control standards, including OSHA and other safety requirements.
Ensure brand standards are met through basic housekeeping duties.
Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses.
Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned and required.
