Requirements
- 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Schedule flexibility.

- Optical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers, identify their needs, and ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services.
- Perform pre-testing as needed.
- Assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
- Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
- Ensure all customers are satisfied and resolve questions or issues.
- Adhere to quality control standards, including OSHA and other safety requirements.
- Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping duties.
- Perform simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment malfunctions or order issues.
- Track delivery time commitments to ensure 100% compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
