About The Position
Jeff Belzer's - Roseville is seeking energized Showfloor Sales Consultants to join our exponentially growing team. We averaged over 1000+ vehicle sales per month in 2025, all across the nation! Our entire team aids in walking our guests through the process with an unmatched focus on professionalism, integrity, and transparency. Jeff Belzer's has been family owned and operated for over 40 years. As one of the largest volume dealers in the Midwest, our group is proud to represent 7 of the Nation's top brands at three locations. Our newest location is open for business in Roseville!! Jeff Belzer's also provides a state-of-the-art collision facility, full accessories up-fit department, growing commercial department, and fully ASE certified service department with rental car/shuttles services available. All these important factors provide our 400+ staff members with the unique set of tools needed to operate at the level required to be successful. Which has catapulted our group to the #1 Chevrolet Volume Dealer (2013-2025), Chevrolet's Prestigious- "Dealer of the Year" (2017-2025), #1 Dodge/Ram (2014-2025), #1 KIA Dealer (2016-2025), and #1 HD dealer for Ford in 2019 & 2020!!! Requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic Consultant with "Team Player" mentality
- Demonstrate a strong comprehension of simple amortization math and business processes
- High energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
- Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
- Ability to focus on a customer's needs, first. To enhance store volume and over all personal success
- Must be able to work weekends
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in Outlook and CRM software (Preferred, but NOT a must)
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests with our guests in a timely and professional manner
- Aid in walking our guests through available vehicle solutions to meet their needs
- Demonstrate capability of a selected vehicle in a fun/professional way to enhance our guest's experience
- Aid in processing guest's preliminary paperwork in an efficient and correct fashion
- Assist in helping colleagues and management team with any issues with inventory on the lot
- Apply our time tested process in a way that keeps our guests engaged and maximizes efficiency
