About The Position
Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Beavercreek is seeking motivated and competitive Automotive Sales Consultants to build a career in the automotive industry. This role involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, introduce them to suitable vehicles, guide them through the purchasing process, and create a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Must be able to successfully complete required employment and background processes
