The position involves actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing recommendations, and facilitating vehicle sales while ensuring a seamless experience. This role offers uncapped earning potential with top performers averaging over $150,000 annually, a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, and unusually low turnover. Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and product specialist expertise.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Available to work evenings & weekends.
  • Previous sales experience.

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and specifications.
  • Guide customers through test drives and product demonstrations.
  • Assist customers in the sales process while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and product information.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations.
  • Work all showroom floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
