This role is designed as a leadership pipeline position, beginning with territory development and potential to progress into a Division Manager role. You’ll start by learning the business, products, and market under experienced leadership, with the expectation of eventually leading the division. We’re looking for a problem solver with an engineering mindset who can deliver consultative, solution-based sales. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with strong business development skills.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales, business development, or technical/mechanical sales experience - preferably within HVAC or mechanical equipment preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude or engineering mindset strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve results
  • Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory 2-3 days per month (Cincinnati, Dayton, Lima & Toledo markets)

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth: develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships
  • Manage your territory: plan and execute sales calls, track opportunities, and maintain account activity
  • Deliver solutions: understand customer needs and provide effective filtration and air quality solutions
  • Build partnerships: collaborate with vendors to support training, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Execute strategy: develop and implement territory sales plans to meet or exceed goals
  • Stay informed: maintain strong product and industry knowledge within air filtration
