The Medicus Firm (TMF), a part of M3USA, is a national healthcare recruitment firm seeking a Sales Consultant - Dental. The successful candidate will be a healthcare sales consultant with direct experience in dental sales, specifically working with dental practice owners, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), hospital CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Director-level healthcare executives. This role involves managing efforts in a 2-5 state territory, scheduling and conducting webinars and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, and traveling within the region 5 days each month. The consultant will build rapport with dental practice administrators, office managers, and hospital/practice leadership to understand their needs and recruiting efforts, while maintaining organization within their territory and providing timely information and consistent follow-up. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions accurately using various venues is essential.
