About The Position

Uptown Cheapшите in Little Elm, TX is looking for a high-energy, style-savvy Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a long-term, year-round position. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selecting on-trend items from customers, greeting customers, helping them style outfits, delivering a welcoming checkout experience, sorting, tagging, hanging, and organizing merchandise, assisting with creating social media content, and performing light cleaning to keep the store organized and beautiful.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
Exceptionally friendly, dependable, hard-working, and bringing high energy every shift.
You genuinely LOVE fashion!
Ready to work 20–40 hours per week (including a mix of shifts).
You’ll need to be on your feet for long periods, able to reach up for displays, and comfortable lifting clothing bins.
