We are currently hiring for a Sales Consultant / Backup Finance Manager who is motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a company that has proudly served the community for over 50 years. Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales, finance, or management experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with high energy throughout the workday
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Goal-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot and provide assistance
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and understanding their needs
  • Perform professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Explain product performance, features, and available options
  • Sell finance and insurance products using a menu-based approach
  • Structure deals and assist with credit decisions when needed
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for each deal is complete and compliant
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer experience
  • Support the sales team and report to management regarding goals and performance
