About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Concierge to join our busy team! This role is ideal for individuals who love interacting with people, building rapport, and excel in customer service. If you've considered sales but were hesitant about commission-based roles, this position offers a unique opportunity. The Sales Concierge will create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, offering beverages, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include preparing vehicles for showings, test drives, and deliveries, arranging private test drives, photographing trade-in vehicles for appraisals, and organizing inventory. Sales managers will handle trade negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and offer complimentary beverages.
• Establish rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and pull up vehicles for showings, test drives, and deliveries.
• Arrange private test drives for customers.
• Take photos of trade-in vehicles and input photos and VIN into the system for appraisals.
• Arrange and organize the inventory and lot.
