About The Position

Hand & Stone Anthem, an independently owned and operated spa, is seeking a sales-focused Sales & Concierge Specialist to provide high-touch hospitality and help guests choose memberships, services, and skincare products. The position emphasizes meeting membership quotas and service goals, personalized follow-up, detailed client notes, and attentive guest engagement rather than simply checking guests in. The specialist will provide one-on-one service, learn about Dermalogica and Image Skincare products to make recommendations, and support precise scheduling and facility upkeep. The spa describes its workplace as a professional team culture focused on mutual respect, professional boundaries, customer service, and results. Starting pay is $17 per hour, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
