The Sales Compensation & Incentives Lead owns execution of sales compensation plans across IB Legal, ensuring incentives are accurate, timely, and aligned to business objectives. This role is responsible not only for administering compensation, but also for continuously improving how plans are structured, calculated, and delivered. IB Legal is evolving its GTM model across multiple legacy businesses, and this role will help ensure incentives and payouts remain aligned as the model converges.
