Sales Compensation Analyst - Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)

This position is part of the sales compensation team and will be responsible for analysis of commission data, auditing, and supporting producer compensation administration for a group of offering verticals and regions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of sales compensation preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring data and resolving issues
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve problems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while executing work with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate and link together
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written with various levels of organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Support production of monthly producer compensation process
- Validate and audit monthly commission data for compliance, accuracy, and completeness
- Provide ongoing support by researching and resolving producer compensation inquiries
- Assist with month-end close reporting and analysis
- Provide policy and procedural guidance and training to producers across the organization
- Assist with the onboarding process for new and recent acquisitions as it relates to sales compensation
- Perform ad-hoc analysis / reporting and additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
