This position is part of the sales compensation team and will be responsible for analysis of commission data, auditing, and supporting producer compensation administration for a group of offering verticals and regions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of sales compensation preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring data and resolving issues
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve problems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while executing work with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate and link together
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written with various levels of organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support production of monthly producer compensation process
  • Validate and audit monthly commission data for compliance, accuracy, and completeness
  • Provide ongoing support by researching and resolving producer compensation inquiries
  • Assist with month-end close reporting and analysis
  • Provide policy and procedural guidance and training to producers across the organization
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new and recent acquisitions as it relates to sales compensation
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis / reporting and additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
