The Sales & Client Support Coordinator provides critical administrative, operational, and client support to the sales and project teams. This role manages CRM system, coordinates customer follow-ups, supports sales documentation, and drives customer care initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing operations.
  • Proven ability to multitask and execute follow-through in fast-paced environments.

  • Past experience with CRM data entry and sales team support.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate, timely data.
  • Data Entry: Execute daily sales data entry and organize customer records.
  • Administrative Aid: Support sales teams with document preparation and workflow coordination.
  • Quote Coordination: Assist with quote management for high-value sales opportunities.
  • Gift Programs: Coordinate customer gift programs for completed installations across all company brands.
  • Care Process: Establish and manage a structured post-install customer care follow-up system.
  • Special Projects: Assist with diverse operational initiatives and team projects as assigned.
