Headquartered in Lombard, Illinois, and serving customers across the country, we are guided by a simple idea we call “People Helping People.” We are growing and we are looking for someone who can help us take great care of the customers and claims adjusters who refer work to us. As our Sales & Client Service Coordinator, you will help support, retain, and grow our customer relationships, with particular focus on accounts and adjusters in territories that do not have a dedicated sales representative. This is a coordinator-level role centered on keeping existing accounts engaged and well served, with a meaningful outbound component focused on re-engaging lapsed adjusters and driving referrals. You will also provide marketing and event coordination, CRM and sales operations support to the sales team, and limited administrative support to the VP of Business Development. If you are highly organized, service minded, and comfortable moving between relationship work, phone-based outreach, and behind-the-scenes coordination, this role is for you.
