About The Position

FitWise (by MNT) is seeking a part-time Sales & Client Relationship Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people and wellness, particularly Pilates, Gyrotonic, and therapeutic massage. The coordinator will act as the "Community Manager," responsible for converting leads, building client relationships, selling customized packages, and guiding clients towards memberships at their sister studio, MNT. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented mindset within a premium, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Sales-driven mindset with enjoyment in consultative selling, lead conversion, and closing package sales.
  • Prior knowledge of Pilates, Gyrotonic, group fitness, or bodywork is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills: confident on the phone, polished in person, and clear in writing.
  • Tech-savvy and highly comfortable navigating CRM and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with Mindbody is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mariana Tek is a plus.
  • Solutions-oriented with a focus on delivering high-end, seamless client experiences.
  • People-person with high energy, approachability, empathy, and passion for community connection.
  • Availability for approximately 10 hours per week initially, with the potential to pick up additional shifts.
  • Willingness to work occasional studio events, which may include some weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-trust inquiries and onboard premium leads.
  • Make 20+ outbound calls per day to engage leads, follow up on inquiries, and reconnect with former clients.
  • Convert incoming leads into clients by understanding their wellness goals and booking introductory packages, customized private/duet sessions, and massage treatments.
  • Drive studio revenue by matching clients with appropriate packages and extensions to encourage consistent practice.
  • Identify and support clients ready to transition to group classes and memberships at the sister studio, MNT.
  • Manage lead activity and client profiles using Mindbody and Mariana Tek.
  • Create warm first impressions for new clients.
  • Ensure private and duet clients feel supported and cared for throughout their wellness journey to maximize retention.
  • Proactively monitor client engagement and reach out to keep individuals inspired and consistent with appointments.
  • Build strong relationships leading to word-of-mouth referrals and studio loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
  • Support local marketing efforts, studio events, and community partnerships.
  • Professionally manage front-desk tasks, including phone calls, emails, and complex scheduling inquiries.
