About The Position

As the “face” of the Jaguars, the Sales Center Assistant must maintain a professional, helpful demeanor both in person and on the phone with guests, building partners and coworkers. This role is responsible for managing incoming guests, answering a multi-line phone system, and answering general questions or concerns as appropriate. Additionally, this role will have various ancillary administrative office tasks as needed at our sales center.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the main incoming phone line and direct calls accordingly
  • Assist guests and staff with basic sales center questions
  • Restock and refill guest food and beverages in communal spaces
  • Ensure guests are escorted to intended locations
  • Operate access points for staff and guests
  • Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of packages and correspondence left at the front desk
  • Work alongside contracted security partner to ensure office areas are safe and secure
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned to meet business needs of other departments
