About The Position

The Sale Catering Administrator provides administrative support to the Sales and Accounting Team.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CI/TY, LightSpeed, or similar sales/event software or other PMS system is a plus
  • Passion for guest service, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of catering logistics and operations and billing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative duties to include answering phones & email correspondence
  • Other administrative duties and projects assigned
