  • Attend classroom style training with our full time company trainer
  • Complete online training courses

  • Network in the community and proactively reach out to prospective buyers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Serve our guests by actively listening to their vehicle needs and persuading them towards the best choice
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with our guests, with a focus on customer retention and repeat business
  • Provide a low-pressure buying experience for our guests from beginning to end, while handling objections, negotiating, and closing car deals
  • Communicate with guests, management, and other teammates to solve problems
  • Follow up on detail-oriented tasks to ensure customer satisfaction in an automotive retail environment
  • Achieve Nissan & Subaru Certifications
