The Sales CARE Coordinator role serves as a central coordinator supporting the sales team’s ability to deliver high-level customer experience to potential customers during the client acquisition phase and throughout the client retention phase. While this role provides administrative support as time allows and site needs demand, the primary emphasis of this role is to drive the CARE program which is integral to delivering Dynamiq Solutions to our clients that help them drive business results. Success is measured by client engagement and retention. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in supporting a sales team and driving client engagement and retention while living out the TCS Core Values of Treat People Well, Do the Right Thing and Run a Great Business.
