Requirements

Customer services skills are a must.
Prior sales experience required.
Must be comfortable with computers and many platforms.
Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Must pass background examinations (included with training).
High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years previous customer service, sales and/or administrative office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service and sales to anyone who calls, texts or emails.
Perform other tasks related to swimmer's and family's experiences as necessary.
