The Business Execution Generalist role will directly support the Services Sales Global Business Execution Lead, driving an extensive agenda including: 1) the execution of strategic initiatives such as target operating models, client segmentation, and platform strategy; 2) data and analytics including sales reporting, productivity, sales effectiveness measurement, actionable analytics, and the design and implementation of transformative AI projects; 3) cross-business partnerships with Banking, Markets, and the Client Organization; and 4) resource and expense management for the global Sales teams. With the rapid advancements in AI capabilities and Citi’s focus on being the industry leader in this space, you will have the opportunity to play an important part in how Services defines and executes our AI strategy, working closely with partners in Product, Cluster, Technology and Operations. This includes helping to drive agentic AI solutions for Sales origination, as well as re-engineering existing processes to drive efficiency and productivity. You will also have ample opportunity to engage with Services Senior Management as you help communicate progress across a wide range of key deliverables.
