About The Position

The purpose of this role is to increase understanding of opportunities and target accounts in an assigned Super Region to drive new opportunities and improve their quality, ultimately leading to increased Booked Sales from that region. This involves identifying new projects, analyzing research resources, and connecting with contacts to introduce the Acoufelt team and set meetings. The researcher will build an intelligence picture for opportunities and accounts to advance them towards Quality Quoting Opportunity (QQO) status and support the assigned team in increasing the output of their region.

Requirements

  • Identify new potential projects using research parameters defined specifically for assigned region and accounts.
  • Analyze research resources such as news articles, contact info, permit sites, real estate leads, lease expirations, tenant-in-market lists, databases to identify opportunities, accounts, and contacts for target accounts and target opportunity profile.
  • Connect with contacts on opportunities and at target accounts to introduce Acoufelt team contacts and set meetings.
  • Build opportunity & account intelligence picture to progress opportunities toward QQO (Quality Quoting Opportunity) status.
  • Support assigned team to increase output of assigned region.
  • Find opportunities through database and information tools, contacts, and calls to target accounts.
  • Call on new opportunities identified through searching new articles, social media, contact check-ins, broker connections, city permit databases, and new lease signings.
  • Contact new and existing contacts to increase influence and generate new opportunities.
  • Communicate with designers, contractors, installers, and end users via phone, email, social media.
  • Identify all potential contacts at target accounts for assigned region.
  • Perform outreach through multiple means to new contacts at target accounts, introducing appropriate team member to new contacts.
  • Contribute to region output by introducing other team members to qualified leads in view of successful QQO and Booked Sale.
  • Identify & communicate with additional contacts on existing opportunities.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather market insights from industry influencers and decision makers at target accounts.
  • Develop innovative outreach and engagement strategies.
