We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Representative to support the growth of our community of members and partners in the U.S. market and across the Americas . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow in a dynamic, international environment , with high exposure to innovation, partnerships, and business development in the sports industry. Your Role You will take ownership of the U.S. membership development cycle , driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the sports and innovation ecosystem. Your focus will be to help scale the organization’s presence in the U.S. and across the Americas through high-quality relationships, proactive engagement, and sustainable growth .

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development (ideally in B2B environments).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and communication platforms.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow within an international SportTech environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the sports, innovation, startup ecosystem is highly valued.
  • Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales targets and pipeline development for the U.S. market and across the Americas.
  • Drive the full membership sales cycle: from prospecting to sales and onboarding.
  • Engage with prospective members through events, referrals, content campaigns coordinated with the Marketing team, and targeted outreach.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically communicate the organization’s value proposition in discovery calls, presentations, events, and meetings.
  • Identify business sales opportunities, including cross-selling or collaboration with existing members.
  • Maintain and update CRM data and contribute to reporting on sales performance and lead tracking.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and coordinate next steps, including follow-ups and discovery meetings, to convert prospects into members.
  • Represent the organization at sports and SportTech events in the U.S. and across the American markets.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy as one of the first commercial hires supporting the U.S. market entry and across the Americas.
  • Build lasting relationships with existing members to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services included in the membership program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Projects) to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of activities.
  • Gather feedback from members to improve services and design relevant engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor member activity and proactively propose actions to increase participation and value.
  • For every member you will apply the Condition of Satisfaction (CoS) methodology, leveraging CRM and digital tools to scale.
