This position is responsible for managing sales relationships with strategic partners to achieve sales and persistency goals through brokers for Ameritas products and services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Less than 2 years of related experience required; 2+ direct sales experience preferred
  • State Health/Life License required or must obtain within 60 days of employment if not currently held
  • This position requires 30-40% travel

Responsibilities

  • Improves sales relationships by providing service and support to assigned partner offices to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilizes sales and renewal strategies for assigned distributors within the enterprise.
  • Supports partners with marketing materials, training, and other sales closing support to attract and retain business.
  • Implements comprehensive product and business climate knowledge to educate about product development, market research, and sales tactics.
  • Mentor’s fellow sales representatives with pre-sale service presentations and broker meetings.
  • Monitors quote activities and reviews large case submissions.
  • Aids in providing resolutions with matters of service and underwriting issues.
  • Upholds key initiatives and special projects that support department and enterprise plans.
  • Executes sales goals while operating in alignment with department and enterprise processes and objectives.
