About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our organization’s revenue growth and market expansion initiatives. This individual will design, implement, and mature an enterprise-wide sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and client needs. This role requires a strategic leader who can close complex deals, communicate confidently with C-level executives, and guide teams through the full sales cycle while fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in Sales, Business Development.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales cycles and managing cross-functional revenue teams.
  • Ability to work with C-level executives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s sales strategies, pipelines, and processes.
  • Manage and drive multiple revenue channels simultaneously (e.g., direct sales, channel partnerships, inbound/outbound).
  • Define sales milestones, KPIs, and success metrics (quotas/OTE); ensure on-time delivery of revenue targets.
  • Integrate market trends and competitive analysis into strategic and operational decision-making processes.
  • Maintain account roadmaps aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and RFPs, coordinating with CEO
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including sales playbooks, value propositions, and CRM data integrity.
  • Lead market awareness and brand positioning initiatives across the target industry.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor client needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update the enterprise client portfolio; develop retention and upselling strategies.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, service teams, and prospective clients.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives to develop internal sales expertise and closing skills.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism in client meetings, conferences, and executive discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support deal closures and communicate product value to prospective clients.
