About The Position

With guidance from the Director of Sales, this role is responsible for flawless execution with retail partners. This includes sales analytics and business insights, new product go-to-market strategy, promotional planning and execution, and new customer set-ups. The role also involves retail execution and field support, including store visits and in-store event support. Additionally, the position will take on account ownership of smaller independent specialty retailer partners, managing sales budgets, forecasting, and buyer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain sales reporting dashboards and business performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and market opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly insights and actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Deliver all product listing requirements of all retail partners in Canada, including product item listing setups, A+ content setup, and retail customer pricing.
  • Coordinate promotional submissions and execution across Canadian retail partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful implementation of promotions.
  • Analyze promotional performance and return on investment (ROI) to support future planning.
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to set up new retail partners and manage new requirements from current retail partners (e.g., new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements).
  • Provide coverage to specific stores to ensure in-store execution, including training in-store staff and supporting in-store events.
  • Leverage in-store visits to gain insight and feedback to further deliver growth with customers.
  • Take on account ownership of smaller independent specialty retailer partners, including delivering to sales budget, forecasting, and buyer & retail engagement.
  • Support other initiatives and deliverables as necessary.
