About The Position
Advantage Dealer Group is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in driving sales opportunities by connecting with customers, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
- Proficient with computers and CRM systems
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive, BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
- Engage prospective customers and answer questions regarding vehicle availability and features
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
- Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM
- Support dealership marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through appointment arrival
