Toyota of Katy is growing and hiring for our Business Development Center. We are seeking motivated and frontline sales opportunity specialists to join our award-winning team. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Objection handling and persuasion skills
- Product knowledge (training provided)
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Phone experience required
- Computer literacy and basic technical skills required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
- 2 years of BDC Automotive experience
Responsibilities
- Field inbound/outbound calls and generate sales appointments with customers that contact our dealership via the Internet or phone
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments
- Maintain a strong, friendly phone presence and represent our brand professionally
- Track and update customer interactions in our database
