About The Position

Dealership: L0771 Lexus of Orange County Lexus of Orange County NOW HIRING BDC Representatives in our Sales Department! Who We're Looking For: Experienced call center and BDC representatives Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers What You'll Do: Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention. Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
  • Experienced call center and BDC representatives
  • Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers
