State Motor & Control is seeking a highly driven, competitive, and energetic Sales Athlete to expand our customer base in the St. Louis industrial market. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, reactivating down-trending accounts, and developing new customer relationships within manufacturing, OEM, and industrial automation markets. This is a high-activity sales role designed for someone who thrives on competition, customer engagement, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable making 50–60 outbound customer calls per day while developing and growing their own book of business. The Sales Athlete will work closely with sales leadership, supplier partners, and internal support teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth across industrial automation, motor control, drives, controls, and related solutions.
