Requirements
- High school diploma or general education.
- Adoption of new technologies and change with a high level of accuracy.
- Sense of responsibility for sales results through the use of sales skills and a willingness to achieve goals.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and proven ability to multitask; ability to react flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Attains sales plan and company objectives by cultivating relationships with customers, new and existing, to foster brand loyalty.
- Delivers an exceptional customer experience by building rapport, paying attention to details, and providing a personalized and unique shopping experience, resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers and management.
- Takes pride in the appearance of the store and takes initiative to keep displays and stock clean, attractive, and organized. Secures all company assets under their control.
- Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
