About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring energetic, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associates. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives and focuses on helping customers identify suitable ACE products and services while providing exceptional, relationship-building customer service. Associates handle a range of store services that may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. They are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and follow accuracy, confidentiality, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires working in a confined work area for 10–12 hours, subject to state-specific labor laws. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical activities described for the role.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively, listen actively, empathize with customers, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Handle store services that may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality and comply with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and take accountability for overall store performance.
• Travel locally, including between more than one store in a day when necessary.
