About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest visiting LEGO® stores. Key duties include greeting guests, operating the cash register, maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards, and performing daily cleaning duties. The Sales Associate will also assist in the stockroom, including receiving merchandise and ensuring it is maintained to standards, while adhering to safety regulations and reporting potential shortage situations. Additionally, the role involves resolving customer issues, engaging customers, utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs, and performing general store operational tasks. Requirements

Ability to greet every guest in the location.
Proficiency in all cash register functions.
Ability to maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times.
Ability to perform daily cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, and abide by safety regulations.
Notify management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
Engage customers and utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
Perform store operational tasks as needed.
